How is billing handled?
Annual billing. We invoice directly — no credit card portal required if your organization uses purchase orders.
Why is pricing based on population?
Population is public, objective, and stable. It maps to your municipality's budget capacity without requiring disclosure of internal staffing numbers, and it doesn't penalize municipalities with large volunteer services like volunteer fire departments.
Where is our data stored?
AWS ca-central-1 (Montreal, Quebec). All data stays in Canada.
