How is billing handled?
Annual billing. We invoice directly — no credit card portal required if your organization uses purchase orders.
What if we have more than 25 employees?
The base fee covers up to 25 employees. Need more? Contact us — we'll work out pricing based on your organization's size.
Where is our data stored?
AWS ca-central-1 (Montreal, Quebec). All data stays in Canada.
