Data ownership: You own your data. We store and process it on your behalf to provide the service.

Availability: We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep all services available. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
