This page describes our intent, not a completed legal agreement.
Complete terms — covering the service, acceptable use, availability, and liability — will be published before any product accepts customers. Each product links to the terms that govern it.
Your data is yours
You own the data you put into our products. We store and process it on your behalf to provide the service, and you can export or delete it.
Good-faith operation
We use reasonable effort to keep products available and to give advance notice of planned maintenance or material changes. If something goes wrong, we'll tell you plainly and fix it.
